05/04/2011 - Peru, Chivay to Condor Cross (Colca Canyon) to Arequipa

An interesting day.  Early start so we could see the canyon and condors which was fine, then I got more than a touch of altitude sickness and a bit of a cold, which meant that instead of going to Cusco we are in Arequipa for another night.

The photos are of the valley, a donkey outside a church, the canyon, a cactus, the canyon and then the condors.
