17/05/2011 - Colombia, Salento to Bogota

A 7 hour bus trip turned into 12.  It was not good.  When we checked into the hostel it was only so-so even though it is one of the most expensive we've been to (Bogota is not cheap for accommodation) and we were then told the areas near the hostel were either dangerous or farking dangerous.  A bad day that made us both feel very travel weary.
