15/04/2011 - Peru, Tambo Blanquillo to Yine

We spent the morning at a clay lick watching parrots and macaws eat clay to neutralise the posions of the leaves and berries that they eat.  Then a shortish boat ride, followed by a night walk around the garden spotting lots of critters.

The photos are of blue headed parrots/orange cheeked parrots/yellow crowned parrots at the clay lick, some butterflies, a butterfly being eaten by a sunbittern, 3 photos of red and green macaws, a tree frog, a silky spider, a really small tree frog (it's a bit like where's wally), a poisonous spider, a silky spider and another small tree frog.
